We have been putting on spin sessions at the shop for a couple weeks now with excellent results. We have been growing each session and having a lot of fun while doing it. Riding your trainer with a group of people takes away the boredom and really makes it easier to get more out of your time on the trainer. It pushes you harder without seeming as much like work.

We are meeting every Wednesday night at 7 and on Sundays at 4 at Two Wheeler Dealer. We start as close to those times as possible so come early.
